Another step in my weaving journey

Twelve years in the making! 🧵✨

After over a decade of immersing myself in the world of Saori, I have officially received my first certification. Reaching this milestone took many years of dedication from building deep relationships within the community to truly living the philosophy and familiarizing myself with every nuance of the weaving process.

The certification itself was a rigorous three-part process that tested my knowledge of weaving techniques, finishing, and the foundational philosophy of Saori. Going through it forced me to look back at my entire journey and translate years of love and practice into tangible proof of my time.

This is just the first step toward my ultimate goal: creating a nurturing space to guide others into this beautiful practice. I’m already working on my next certification, which I hope to complete by the end of this year.

Saori weaving has profoundly shifted how I see the world, and I am deeply grateful for the perspective it has given me. Thank you for walking this path with me and I am so honored to share this next chapter of the journey with you.
